The bollard has an 8 cm gap between the top of the foundation and the finished level to allow for a floor finish tailored to the project. Its resistance is certified with a crash test in accordance with ISO 22 343-1, during which the bollard stopped a 7.2-tonne HGV travelling at 48 km/h without deforming the bollard and without vehicle entry.
