LBA 6 - BRA
A swing barrier with an arm of up to 6 m in length
Standard equipment
- Integrated logic with multi-programme control panel
- Local diagnostics and setting programming using multi-programme control panel on the machine
- Programme memory with SD card
- Integrated heating to prevent condensation
- Integrated mechanical sensors for recording information on the current barrier arm position (closed/open position)
- Acceleration and deceleration cycle control system, for setting the desired barrier opening and closing speed
- Body and port material: Sheet steel, 20/10 mm thick, cataphoresis treated, painted with polyester powder coating, heat-treated at 250 °C, painted in standard RAL 5015 colour (other colours available on request)
- Fibreglass arm, length of 2 to 6 metres, with reflective tape
- Mechanical bar position sensors
- Barrier control with multi-programmable control panel on the machine with Ethernet TCP/IP port
- Logic control locally or via Ethernet port
- Motor management by a frequency control converter (frequency converter with a power of 0.25 kW), for controlling:
- Acceleration and deceleration
- Opening and closing speed
- Double-geared reduction gear
- Power supply voltage 230 V +/- 20 V AC, 50 Hz +/- 2 Hz
- Limit values for wind loads. The design of the barrier drive ensures that the arm position is held at wind speeds of over 140 km/h
