Retractable road blocker - Withstands the impact of a 12-tonne HGV at 80km/h

The RB100-C80 automatic retractable road blocker, manufactured by AMCO, is designed to protect the most sensitive sites from hostile vehicles. It can withstand an impact of 12 tonnes at 80 km/h and is recommended for Seveso sites, embassies, and very high-security areas. The galvanised steel frame and stainless steel driving surface guarantee durability and resistance to wear, while the flexible front part prevents the device from jamming in the event of an impact. Thanks to its low sealing depth, the RB100-C80 is easy to install, without needing any major structural work. The drive system is a remote hydraulic system, with no sensitive elements integrated in the frame, ensuring maximum reliability. Its resistance has been validated by a double crash test certified by an independent Cofrac-accredited body: It is capable of stopping a 7.5-tonne vehicle at 80 km/h, then a 12-tonne vehicle at 80 km/h, with the system remaining operational after both impacts.
