RB50-C50 FP
The ALE RB50-C50 FP road blocker, manufactured by AMCO, is a hydraulically powered automatic security barrier. Measuring 50 cm in height, it is available in lengths of 2.5 to 4 m. The RB50 is supplied with 15 m of hydraulic pipe for connection to the One-C technical module. Its galvanised steel frame is just 12 cm high, allowing the device to be sealed in a 30 cm deep excavation. The RB50 can also be fixed to an existing or new concrete slab with access ramps. The bellows side is made of a flexible material that prevents the device from jamming in the event of an impact. The surface exposed to the tread is composed of multiple chequered sheets removable by a person working alone and provides access to inspection hatches for visual inspection inside the device. This road blocker is powered by an industrial hydraulic pump, which is offset to an adjoining unit (Totem, cabinet, technical room, etc.). The underground part of the RB50 does not contain any integrated sensitive elements. Its resistance is certified by a digital crash test carried out by an independent Cofrac-accredited body in accordance with ISO 22343-1. The RB50 stopped a 7.2-tonne HGV travelling at 48 km/h. "

RB80-C80
The ALE RB80-C80 road blocker, manufactured by AMCO, is a hydraulically powered automatic security barrier. Measuring 80 cm in height, it is available in lengths of 2 to 4 m. The RB80 is supplied with 15 m of hydraulic pipe for connection to the One-C technical module. The reinforced steel side is made of a single piece that prevents the device from jamming in the event of an impact. The surface exposed to the tread is composed of multiple chequered stainless steel sheets removable by a person working alone, and provides access to inspection hatches for visual inspection inside the device. This road blocker is powered by an industrial hydraulic pump, which is offset to an adjoining unit (totem, cabinet, technical room, etc.). The underground part of the RB80 does not contain any integrated sensitive elements. Its resistance is certified by a double crash test, during which the RB80 stopped two 7.5-tonne HGVs travelling consecutively at 64 then 80 km/h, with the device remaining operational after both impacts and without vehicle penetration.

RB100-C80
The RB100-C80 automatic retractable road blocker, manufactured by AMCO, is designed to protect the most sensitive sites from hostile vehicles. It can withstand an impact of 12 tonnes at 80 km/h and is recommended for Seveso sites, embassies, and very high-security areas. The galvanised steel frame and stainless steel driving surface guarantee durability and resistance to wear, while the flexible front part prevents the device from jamming in the event of an impact. Thanks to its low sealing depth, the RB100-C80 is easy to install, without needing any major structural work. The drive system is a remote hydraulic system, with no sensitive elements integrated in the frame, ensuring maximum reliability. Its resistance has been validated by a double crash test certified by an independent Cofrac-accredited body: It is capable of stopping a 7.5-tonne vehicle at 80 km/h, then a 12-tonne vehicle at 80 km/h, with the system remaining operational after both impacts.

AB-C50
The ALE-AB-C50 security barrier, manufactured by AMCO, is an automatic boom security barrier. Equipped with a 135 x 93 mm oval aluminium axial arm with an integrated retaining device, it is available in lengths of 2 to 6 m. The AB-C50 barrier is reinforced with two heavy-gauge steel struts to be sealed in a 50 cm deep concrete foundation. It is controlled by One-C logic, and smooth movements are ensured by the One-Sense angle sensor, which manages the acceleration and deceleration ranges. Its precision indicates the arm position to the nearest degree. The housing is made of 4mm thick steel, and the AB-C50 barrier offers all the features of the LBA12 barrier. The main arm is coupled with a second arm below it. The hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) locking system is automatically activated in the event of an impact, so there is no need to position a device manually for the barrier to be fully effective. Its resistance is certified by a crash test carried out in accordance with IWA 14-1: the AB-C50 barrier stopped a 3.5 HGV lorry travelling at 48 km/h.
